Reset the Printer HP Officejet Pro K550dtn

Introduction

Use the instructions in this document to reset the printer. Resetting the printer may correct some operating issues.

Reset the printer to factory default settings

• 
  
  Turn off the printer by pressing the  Power button.
• 
  
  Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and the back of the printer.
• 
  
  Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and the printer.
• 
  
  Turn on the printer by pressing the Power button.

Reset the network settings (HP Officejet Pro K550dtn/K550dtwn)

• 
  
  Press and hold the Configuration Page button, press the Resume button three times, and release the Configuration Page button.
• 
  
  Wait about 20 seconds and press the Power button to turn off the printer.
• 
  
  Press the Power button to turn the printer on.
